Hybrids are not uncommon on Alteria, however they will often have watered-down abilities if either or parent are of magical or elemental affinities. In the case of both parents being of an affinity the stronger of the two would have more traits present in the offspring.

Humans x Atra, Etra, Terune, Angel, Guardian, Demon, Devil
Atra x Human, Etra, Terune, Angel, Guardian, Demon, Devil

Angel x Human, Atra, Etra, Terune, Demon

Etra and Terune seem completely incompatable with Guardians and Devils, presumably because of the genetics the two races possess being so potent that anything beyond a common or lesser being would be born feral.
Children born with a Guardian or Devil parent will always take after that parent. Children born of an Etra parent will almost always retain their elemental affinity. Children of a Terune parent, however, seem to have a lesser chance of being born with wings if they have an angel or demon parent as well.
You do not need a special application to make a hybrid, however feel free to ask if you are unsure if your hybrid follows the guide or would be allowed.
